launch4j software is used to create an executable that wraps the Java Runtime Environment (JRE).
launch4j Installation
To facilitate use, launch4j has been previously installed in the cdss-util-buildtools repository in
folder lib/launch4j.
This software needs to be updated to use latest features and also ensure compatibility with current Windows operating system.
launch4j Configuration
Need to discuss configuration properties that are relevant to StateDMI.
