Overview
The CheckInstreamFlowRights
command (for StateMod)
checks instream flow rights data for problems. The command should usually be used with a
WriteCheckFile
command at the end of a command file.

Command Syntax
The command syntax is as follows:
CheckInstreamFlowRights(Parameter="Value",...)
