Overview
The SetCULocationClimateStationWeightsFromHydroBase command (for StateCU)
sets climate station weights data in existing CU Locations, using HydroBase for data.

Command Syntax
The command syntax is as follows:
SetCULocationClimateStationWeightsFromHydroBase(Parameter="Value",...)
